UPDATE - 25.02.2026

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the venue of the HRLL AGM has changed. The AGM will be held at the HAM LIBRARY, Ham Street, TW10 7HR.                           

 

The Supplementary Notice of AGM has been distributed today. 

 

ANNOUNCEMENT - 12.02.2026

We are pleased to announce that the HRLL Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 9 March 2026. Detailed information on the venue and timing, the AGM Notice and other documents have already been distributed and will also be available in the Sharehodlers Area.

A burst water main in Breamwater Gardens has been reported to Thames Water and HRLL by residents this morning (21 January 2026), and an engineer has been sent to investigate.

​

Location: public path near 25-31 Breamwater Gardens.

​

An engineer from Thames Water arrived at the site around 10.20 am, and the Repair Team arrived around 11.20 am to repair the major leak.

​

We are in contact with the Thames Water site manager and will send an update to the residents of Breamwater Gardens shortly.

​

Thank you to all community members who were assisting in protecting the properties in Breamwater Gardens area.

Many thanks to everyone who was able to attend the HRLL Stakeholder Workshop held on 14 June.

The minutes for this year's AGM were emailed to shareholders in March, and are also now available in the Shareholder's Area on the website.

 

Also available are the Finance Report, and Directors' forecast of income and expenditure.

This year's AGM is taking place on Thursday, 14 March 2024 at 19.30hrs. The event will be held online via Microsoft Teams - all Shareholders will have received a link to join the meeting.

 

Those without internet access, or a suitable PC/laptop with speaker and microphone, will be able to dial in via a phone number that we will provide.

If you haven't received the AGM invite yet, please contact us ASAP.

As many of you will be aware, our previous hosting provider was sold to Wix, and the original site automatically migrated. In that process, much of the old content and  all of the functionality was lost.

 

Lately, we've been locating and restoring the missing parts.

 

The website is now functional and ready for shareholders to sign up again! Please watch for an email from HRLL soon, with signup details.
